DRDO Dare2Dream 4.0 First Prize Winner
The research team led by Prof. Mukesh Kumar won the First Prize in India in the highly competitive Dare2Dream 4.0 contest organized by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The group won this prestigious award for their proposal and development of advanced Target Seeking and Proximity Sensing technologies for defense tracking systems.

Paper Published in Applied Physics Letters
Our research work "Universal Ohmic contacts to β-Ga₂O₃ using interfacial dipoles of ultra-thin MgF₂ layer and related defect passivation" has been published in Applied Physics Letters. This work establishes a novel interface dipole method to Passivate defect states and achieve universal Ohmic contacts on wide bandgap β-Ga₂O₃.
PhD Scholar Kartikay Joins the Group
We welcome Mr. Kartikay to the research group. He will be exploring the fabrication of Gallium Oxide thin film-based Neuromorphic and Synaptic devices.

Our joint paper entitled "Interface Engineering and Band Alignment Studies of Cu Doped NiO as a Hole Transport Layer for Triple Cationic Perovskite Solar Cells" has been published in the prestigious materials journal Small.
PhD Defence: Dr. Gaurav Bassi & Dr. Shivani
