All papers in ICVGIP 2023 will be presented as a talk (either oral or spotlight) and a poster.

Oral Papers

Oral paper sessions will consist of 7 paper slots of 12 minutes each. Please prepare a 10 minute presentation, leaving 2 minutes for questions and switching over to the next talk.

Spotlight Papers

---

The spotlight paper session consists of 18 paper slots of 3 minutes each. Please prepare either a self-running PowerPoint presentation with recorded slide timings, or a pre-recorded MP4 video of the same, of no more than 3 minutes in length. The presentations of all papers will be played automatically during the session one after the other. You should come on stage when your paper’s presentation is coming up, and give your talk over it. Note that you cannot use your own laptop, and you will not be able to pause or go back in the presentation.

Submission

Please prepare your presentation slides/video by 13th December and submit it here: https://forms.gle/wVrFr6zsdZCN2T5WA.
The presentation should not include a title slide; we will automatically show an introductory slide with the paper title, author names, and affiliations before playing your presentation.

Instructions for Posters

Authors of both oral and spotlight papers should also prepare a poster for their paper. Posters will be shown during the coffee breaks on 16 and 17 December.

Posters must be of the size A0 Portrait. Participants can also add their institute logo in the header.

For participants who wish to print the poster on Campus, you can contact the on-campus stationery shop at +91-92169-61028 and mail your poster at santoshjiIIT@gmail.com latest by 13th December EOD. Please mention ICVGIP 2023 as reference for better coordination.

Please note that this is just for the participant's facilitation. It is the participant's responsility to ensure that the poster is ready on time for the conference. The cost will be borne by the participant and will be paid directly to the printing firm.
