Transportation Guidelines

• Transport will be provided from the hotel to the campus, and the way back.
• Transport itinerary will be updated from time to time. Kindly keep checking for the updates.
• Strict timings will be followed, delayed people will have to arrange their own mode of travel.
• Cab driver details will be shared 30-60mins before the scheduled time.
• For the return journey from 15th - 17th December, the pick-up cab will be available in front of S. Ramanujan Block at 8PM sharp.

• At the entrance, kindly inform the guard that you are a participant for ICVGIP 2023 Conference and mention your hostel name. He will provide directions to the hostel.
• At the hostel, please inform the guard about your purpose of stay and allocated room number.
• Rooms are allocated on a sharing basis.
• All eligible participants will be provided with bed, mattress, blanket, bucket and mug.
• Breakfast/Lunch/Meal will be provided for the duration of conference only.
• Participants staying on campus outside the duration of the conference will have to bear the cost of their food.
• For meals, participants can visit the Main Canteen. For other supplies, they can visit the Utility Block. Location is available on the map below.

Accommodation

Participants can book their accomodation at any hotel in the city. List of some hotels are listed below for your convenience. Since December is a festive time, it is highly advised to book your accomodation at the earliest due to the high demand.

Note to all participants: Considering the extreme weather conditions, we advise all participants to bring appropriate winter attire, including sweaters, jackets, gloves, and woolen socks, among other essentials.
