In reference service, the reference librarian helps the users to connect with library resources and services. The reference Librarian answers the various user queries. Some of the important reference services are: • Assisting the users on how to use the Library and how to locate library’s physical as well as electronic resources; • Helping users on how to use Online-Catalogue and how to access the data and information from databases; Users can also ask questions to reference Librarian through email/chat to get the information they need.
