About

I am a lecturer in English, Philosophy, and Cultural Studies. I also happen to be the author of Postcolonial Indian City-Literature: Policy, Politics and Evolution (2022) and Introduction to Horror Studies (2027). I serve as the guest editor of special issues to be published in journals like Journal of Postcolonial Writing and Cultural Studies, and my articles have been published in several journals on topics centering Urbanism, Folk studies and Speculative Fiction. I am also an ethnographer, conducting funded research on underrepresented communities/knowledge corpus. Interested in guiding PhD projects on Urbanism, Folk Studies, the overlap therein, with a distinct bend towards field-research and project-readiness.
