Biography

Dr. Amritesh is presently working as Assistant Professor (Services Marketing Area) at IIT Ropar. He has received his master’s & doctorate degree from Department of Industrial & Management Engineering, IIT Kanpur. Prior to that, he has held positions as Assistant Professor (General Management) at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, Faculty of Operations Management at IILM Institute of Business & Management, Gurgaon, and Senior Researcher in a European research project OPAALS. His research articles have appeared in reputed international journals published by Emerald, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Cambridge University Press etc. He has traveled to several international conferences to represent his institution and demonstrate his research. He has worked as session chair, peer-reviewer, and technical committee member in reputed internal conferences such as Asia-Pacific ACR, SIBR-Hong Kong, OPAALS-Brazil. He has been involved with many reputed journals as a peer-reviewer.
