Amritesh is presently working as Assistant Professor at IIT Ropar in the department of Humanities and Social Sciences. Before that, he has worked at the same position at BITS-Pilani Dubai Campus (Dubai) and IILM institute of Business & Management, Gurgaon (India). He has completed his Ph.D. (Service Operations) and M.Tech. from ‘Industrial and Management Engineering Department’ of IIT Kanpur. His articles are published in many reputed international journals and conferences.
